Cancellations & Returns

You can cancel at any time before you approve your proof, as long as your order has not gone to print. Call us to find out the exact stage your order is at. We want to work with you and understand that sometimes things change. A refund may be issued depending on the situation, but we keep a layout deposit to cover the cost of laying out your proofs.

Custom Stationery

Your stationery was designed, cut, and printed specifically for you and is not returnable. Please be sure of what you want and what you approve.

Non-Custom Stationery & Products

Pre-packaged table numbers and wax seal sticks can be returned in unopened condition within four weeks of delivery. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
