Frequently Asked Questions
If the answer to your question is not here, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
›What is your return policy?
Your stationery was designed, cut, and printed specifically for you and is not returnable. We do not accept returns on your custom designed stationery or accent papers for your invitations. Please be sure of what you want and what you approve.
›What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time before you approve your proof, as long as your order has not gone to print. Call us to find out the exact stage your order is at. We want to work with you and understand that sometimes things change. A refund may be issued depending on the situation, but we keep a layout deposit paid at the time of your order to cover the cost of laying out proofs. Unfortunately, if your order has gone to print, there is nothing we can do. We do not print on site and have limited control once your order is in process.
Non-Custom StationerySamples, table numbers, non-custom signage, and wax seals can be cancelled before they ship but cannot be returned. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
›What if there are printing errors?
Your stationery will be printed exactly as shown on the approved proofs. If you find an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reprint your stationery at a discount. Rush reprints are not possible, but we will work as quickly as possible to process your order.
›What are the processing times?
Custom stationery orders take an average of two weeks but can take up to eight weeks to process after your proof approval. We carry most but not all products on site and may have to custom order to complete your purchase. If you are short on time, please call us to ensure we have all the products you need on hand ahead of time. We do not accept rush orders.
Pre-Printed ProductsOur pre-printed products take one to two business days to process. You can request separate shipment for an additional shipping cost.
Non-Printed ProductsOur non-printed products take one to two business days to process if we have them in stock. If you are also ordering custom stationery, we will usually hold all other products until the custom stationery is ready for shipping. We then ship everything together. You can request separate shipment for an additional shipping cost.
Shipping2–7 days within Canada depending on your location. We can ship rush for an extra cost. Outside of Canada, please call for a quote.
›Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we do. We ship all packages with Canada Post. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and potentially other fees are not included in the price of Canada Post international shipping services and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please refer to your country's rules on duty and tax rates. Also be aware of potential customs delays.
›Do you offer rush printing?
No, sorry, we do not offer rush printing.
›Do you offer printed proofs?
We do, but in a limited capacity. We can only print on a limited paper selection via digital print, as press printing requires large quantities. Please check out our samples page for more information.
›Can you alter a design?
Absolutely, yes! We can customize everything from the layout, font, graphics, and colours, and so much more.
›Why do you use the date 1439 on all your samples instead of the current year?
We use the date 1439 to celebrate Johannes Gutenberg's invention of the printing press.
Johannes Gutenberg, a German blacksmith, developed the first European movable type printing press in 1439. This invention revolutionized the production of books and the spread of information, making literature more accessible and affordable. The printing press played a crucial role in the dissemination of knowledge, the advancement of education, and the spread of Renaissance and Reformation ideas. Gutenberg's press is considered one of the most important inventions in human history.
