Processing Times

Custom stationery orders take an average of two weeks but can take up to eight weeks to process after your proof approval. We carry most but not all products on site and may have to custom order to complete your purchase. If you are short on time, please call us to ensure we have all the products you need on hand ahead of time. We do not accept rush orders.

Our pre-printed products take one to two business days to process. If you are also ordering custom stationery, we will usually hold all other products until the custom stationery is ready for shipping. We then ship everything together. You can request separate shipment for an additional shipping cost.

Our non-printed products take one to two business days to process if we have them in stock. If you are also ordering custom stationery, we will usually hold all other products until the custom stationery is ready for shipping. We then ship everything together. Shipping takes 2–7 days within Canada depending on your location. We can ship rush for an extra cost. Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the parcel leaves our facility. We can ship outside of Canada—please contact us for a quote.
