Proofing Process

You receive three proofs. Your first proof is the design you have chosen in the wording you have provided. You receive two more proofs to get your stationery perfected. If you wish for a complete design change, there will be an extra cost. Please be sure to proofread carefully—especially spelling, grammar, and punctuation—prior to submitting your wording.

After you have received all three proofs and still wish to make changes, additional fees will be charged for further proofs. Full payment is required for each proof requested before we can provide you with one.

Printing Errors

Your stationery will be printed exactly as shown on the approved proofs. If you find an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reprint your stationery at a discount. Rush reprints are not possible, but we will work as quickly as possible to process your order.

Payment is required before an additional proof can be created.
